Initial commit: EF course autopilot tool

Auto-complete EF English courses with JWT token authentication.
Supports multiple task types: multiple-choice, gapfill, matching,
flashcards, speaking-practice, text-highlights, sequencing,
media-with-time-markers, language-focus.
