Add Kubernetes deployment configurations

- Add deployment.yaml with imagePullSecrets and env configuration
- Add service.yaml with ClusterIP configuration
- Configure LLM API key from Secret and other env from ConfigMap
- Ensures proper image pull authentication from private registry
