Add Kubernetes deployment configurations

- Add deployment.yaml with imagePullSecrets and env configuration
- Add service.yaml with NodePort configuration
- Configure Spring Boot environment variables from ConfigMap and Secrets
- Ensures proper image pull authentication from private registry
