cat-shark 43e8cd4965 refactor: 移除 Study 和 Review 页面大标题 
- 页面标题统一由全局页头展示，移除各页面内 h1
- 刷新按钮迁移至操作区/工具栏，功能不变
- Study 页开始任务改为软导航 router.push

LPT-FE

This template should help get you started developing with Vue 3 in Vite.

Recommended IDE Setup

VSCode + Volar (and disable Vetur).

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS

TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
