.map(toElixirNode) 传递 (item, index, array) 三个参数， index 作为数字覆盖 ancestors 默认值 []，导致 [...ancestors] 报错。 改为箭头函数只传第一个参数。

Type Support for .vue Imports in TS
TypeScript cannot handle type information for .vue imports by default, so we replace the tsc CLI with vue-tsc for type checking. In editors, we need Volar to make the TypeScript language service aware of .vue types.
